Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Cream margarine and add sugar, egg yolks, flour and vanilla to margarine. Beat well. Fold in egg whites by hand (batter will be thick). Spoon into 11 x 8 inch Pyrex pan. Drop pie filling by tablespoons on top of batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cereal and spices. Roll damp chicken in mix and place on nonstick baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serves 6.

Form hamburger meat
into small meatballs. Brown over medium heat
. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce and seasonings - simmer approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
I added canned tomato's...and Mushrooms to the sauce...

1 (16 oz.) can of peaches in light syrup
Pour peaches and syrup in 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches. Top with butter slices. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Serve with Cool Whip
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. CLose bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Put in shallow pan and bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
2 lbs. or more chicken legs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and pat dry chicken. Roll to coat each chicken leg in melted margarine. Put cracker crumbs in lunch size paper bag. Drop 3 or 4 chicken legs in paper bag and shake to coat. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray (like Pam) and arrange chicken in a single layer. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

1 chicken in parts
Arrange chicken parts in roasting pan. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover chicken loosely with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, softened
HOT CARAMEL SAUCE
1/2 c. evaporated milk
In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy. Add the egg and beat until well blended. Mix in the soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the flour and stir just until blended. Stir in the apples and nuts. Pour into an oiled 9" round cake pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until the top springs back when touched lightly with your finger.
Serve with Hot Caramel Sauce.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and milk. Serve warm sauce over cake. Serves 8.

1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. orange juice
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Mix together carrots, sugar, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla until well blended. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into carrot mixture. Pour into a 12 cup fluted microwavable pan. Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on high power, turning once or twice. Let cake stand
10 minutes before removing from pan. When cake cools, remove from pan and top with Cream Frosting. Microwave a 3 oz. package cream cheese for 2 minutes on high. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon orange juice.
Mix well. 18 servings.
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thaw & squeeze dry)
Cook lasagna according to package and drain. In medium bowl, blend Ricotta, eggs, spinach, Mozzarella cheese, basil and marjoram. Spread evenly on lasagna strips. Cut strips in half crosswise. Roll strips jelly-roll style. Cut each roll in half, leaving ruffled edge at top and bottom. In 10x15 inch baking dish spread 3/4ths of sauce. Arrange roll ups (curly edges up) on sauce. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered with foil, in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until hot. (Can be frozen for later baking.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, Realemon and rind. Turn into pie shell. In small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry. Spread meringue on top of pie sealing carefully to edge of shell. Bake 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown. Cool. Chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 pound. Ground beef
3 cups (6 oz) medium egg noodles, uncooked
3/4 lb. (12 oz) Velveeta or store brand
1 can (10 _ oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in 2-c. water; bring to boil. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add prepared cheese product, soup and pepper; stir until prepared cheese product is melted.

Preheat oven to 450 F.
Cut chicken into 1" pieces.
Filling: Combine sugar, flour and salt and add milk and egg yolks, mixing thoroughly. Cook until thickened. Add the 1 cup coconut and vanilla extract. Cool slightly, then turn into pie shell.Meringue: Beat egg whites until foamy throughout. Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating after each addition until sugar is blended. Then continue beating until mixture will stand in peaks. Pile lightly on filling; sprinkle with the 1/2 cup coconut. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

1/4 c. flour
Salt, pepper to taste
1 lg. rib celery, sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. each; dried crushed basil,oregano, thyme
Trim excess fat from around steak. With edge of heavy saucer or meat mallet, pound flour into both sides of steak. Heat oil in large skillet; add steak and brown well on both sides over medium high heat
. Place steak in a baking dish (about 12 by 8 by 2 inches). Lightly cook onion, celery, mushrooms, and garlic in the drippings in the skillet. Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano and thyme. Pour over steak. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in a 300 degree oven (no need to preheat) until steak is tender, 1-1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
We did this in a skillet and omitted the tomato's...
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 1/2 cup chips and margarine together. Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir into chocolate mixture. Spread into pan and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and chips. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 30 bars.
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mix ingredients together in crockpot. Cook for 6-8 hours on low
Shred chicken with until evenly shredded.
Put mixture in hard or soft tortillas, and put shredded cheese, hot sauce, black beans, tomatoes, sour cream.
8 servings instant mashed potatoes-prepared
Prepare instant mashed potatoes, fully cooked and drain bacon, shred cheddar cheese. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, covered.

6 very ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter. Add bananas, sugars, vanilla, and eggs and mix well.
Add flour, soda, and salt and mix well. Mix in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Spread into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Use a knife to swirl the melted chips on top. Return to oven and bake
another 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

1 onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
2 c. chopped carrots
2 c. cubed potatoes (I recommend red potatoes)
1 reg. size can tomato soup
1 reg. size can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Put all in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
I made this Beef Stew today and the taste was fantastic...I will make this again...

Rolled Oats added to milk,butter,sugar,peanut butter and vanilla...
The finished product...Rolled Oat Cluster Cookies...
I just made these and they turned out really well...now the house smells of Peanut Butter...I will be making these again...
